Once you approve the estimate, we finalize the details. We coordinate design selections, material choices, permits, inspections, and scheduling so the project is fully planned before work begins.

Construction Execution
Todd and our team manage the build from start to finish coordinating subcontractors, maintaining quality control, keeping the jobsite clean, and communicating progress with you regularly.

Inspection & Handover
We finish with a detailed walkthrough to make sure every detail meets your expectations. We complete any punch-list items and remain available for follow-up support after the project is done.
